As our country took a hard turn toward totalitarianism, first with quarantines, then lockdowns, mandatory vaccination and indoor masking, my native libertarianism drove me to focus on fighting for the freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution. I have done so relentlessly for the past year and a half. I have obtained well over one hundred vaccine exemptions for clients and in doing so saved endless careers and educational opportunities. I have numerous matters pending before the EEOC and have brought litigation challenging, among other things, New York City's mandatory vaccination programs for patrons of indoor venues and the New York State's court system's employee vaccine mandate. To remind our country of Justice Gorsuch's prophetic words remains my mandate: "We may not shelter in place when the Constitution is under attack. Things never go well when we do.”
